IN THE OVEN :
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7)
  • Unwrap the roast, place it into an oven dish and add half a glass of water.
  • Place the dish into the oven once it's preheated and leave it to roast.
  • Time : 50 minutes for 700/800 g
  • Time : 1h10 minutes for 1,2 kg 
IN A STEW :
  • Slice the Kassler
  • 1/2 an hour before the end, add the slices to the stew and let it cook.
 
BOILED :
  • Put the Kassler into boiling water without adding anything.
  • Leave it to boil 
  • Time : 1 hour for 700/800g
