Cooked in the oven for about 1 hour at 200°C (Thermostat 7) for an 800g pallet

The emmental cheese pallet is consumed cooked through and is delicious with an oak leaf salad

Once cooked the pallet can be eaten cold.

Quantity

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7)
  • DO NOT GO ABOVE THIS TEMPERATURE
  • Remove the cardboard ring and the plastic lid from the tray
  • Then, as soon as the oven is hot, place the tray inside and leave it to roast: 
  • COOKING TIME :
    • For 800 g : 1 hour
    • For 1000 g : 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  • When it's ready, make sure to take every necessary precaution while handling the hot tray (heat proof gloves, etc.).
  • Do not reuse the tray after use.

Do not reuse the tray in mini or gas ovens, if you do, remove the pallets from their tray and put them into a heat proof dish then follow the indicated cooking instructions.
